tuesday treats


Here is some deliciousness for you. Choc Coconut Walnut Bars. These are a favourite in our house (hence the crumbs and almost empty tray) and not only are they gluten free and dairy free, they are actually good for you! High five! Recipe from here.

*I swap the Honey / Agave for Organic Rice Syrup as a low fructose option.
